Donnie’s Dilemma is a children’s book that aims to teach the importance of being yourself and finding a friend group who will enjoy you for that reason. Donnie, the female bluebird, goes through a series of whimsical characters. She is trying her best to fit in with other friend groups. Only when a trusted friend helps her does she realize in the end that she can be herself to find her friends.
